Implement robust auditing systems for the marketing materials. All marketing materials should undergo a review by designated personnel from the business division to ensure the authenticity, legality, and reliability of the advertising content.
Comply with "Yili Group Technical Regulations and Management Compilation" for managing product labels and product claims. Ensure (1) the claims regarding the origin of raw materials are authentic and compliant, allowing consumers to clearly and accurately understand product information, and guide consumers in using the products safely and scientifically; (2) Ensure that the provided product information does not contain any descriptions or visual presentations that may lead to dangerous behaviors.
Comply with the "Yili Privacy Policy" to protect consumer privacy and security. Collect consumer data only when necessary, and inform consumers with respect to the purposes of data collection and protect the data per legal requirements.
The "Technical Regulations and Product Safety Information Service System Platform" should be applied to scan and monitor national and international regulation on a regular basis, ensuring compliance with product labeling and tagging for products on the market.
Cooperate with third-party certification organizations to test and certify the production technology, nutritional components, product functionality, and other information related to product labeling, sales, marketing, and advertising, ensuring the consistency and authenticity of the product and the communicated information.
Regularly conduct responsible marketing audits to self-assess non-compliance issues in accordance with the Yili Responsible Marketing Policy, correct non-compliance issues identified during the audit process, and ensure the effective implementation of policy.
